$50 / hour
Healthcare appointments can be stressful — especially when you’re already dealing with a health problem. We attend appointments with you (in person or virtually), help you prepare questions ahead of time, take notes during the visit, and make sure you leave understanding what was said and what happens next.

Insurance Navigation
$50 / hour
Insurance is complicated, and it can be hard to know whether you’re being billed correctly or whether you have options. We help you make sense of your coverage, review bills and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), follow up on outstanding claims, and work through denials and appeals.

When you or a loved one receives a new diagnosis or is weighing treatment options, it can be hard to know where to start. We research your condition, treatment options, and available resources — and explain it all in plain language so you can make informed decisions.

Caregiver Support
$50 / hour
Caring for a family member is one of the most demanding things a person can do. We support caregivers by helping with the logistical and administrative side of care — so you can focus on being present for the person you love.

All services are billed at $50/hour. A minimum of one hour applies per engagement. Travel time may apply for in-person appointments outside Battle Ground, WA.
